Jacques de Vos
Expedition Guide, Award winning underwater photographer, cameraman, filmmaker and Freediving Instructor Trainer.
Jacques is the founder of Arctic Freediving and has extensive experience diving with large marine life (most notably orcas). He holds numerous underwater qualifications ranging from Commercial Diver and SCUBA Instructor to Freediving Instructor Trainer.
For many he is better known as an award winning underwater photographer and cameraman whose work has won numerous prestigious international UW photography and film awards. His photography has been published worldwide in several books and hundreds of publications and as a camera operator he has worked on projects for companies like the BBC, National Geographic, Netflix, Epic TV and Red Bull. Throughout the year, Jacques is also actively involved in cetacean and various other ocean related research and conservation projects.
